We're going to wrap up work on the SAFE app that we are helping Utah Open Source and International Rescue Committee to create. https://github.com/utahopensource/tgg_SAFE for the latest version. There's a few things left on the Android side of things and tons to do on the server side. Any experience or help is welcome!
