About this event

Join us for our upcoming workshop and get the knowledge you need to host your Augmented Reality application assets in google cloud.

Keep a laptop and charger (PC, Mac)! Make sure that you have Unity3D ( installed on your computer.

We are going to see how we can host our app assets on Google Cloud and import it to our AR Furniture application. This workshop is suitable for any beginner to intermediate user of Unity.

AR is a hot cake of current technology trends. There is no better time than now to get your hand on this great new technology and keep up with the current trends. We are going to talk about how you can get started with the current AR SDKs(Specifically ARCore) with the help of a popular game engine, Unity. Combining the power of Google and Unity we are going to make our very first AR application which is gonna run both on Android and iOS.

1. Getting started with Unity's Addressables for better asset management.
2. Using Google Cloud to host assets for Unity apps.
3. Applying our knowledge on Addressables to an existing AR application.

This session is going to use an AR clone of IKEA Place App which we talked about in our previous workshop. To learn more about the project with a complete tutorial series visit the following link:
