*** π€ Talk 1: Introducing MediaPipe for On-Device Machine Learning (by Paul Ruiz) ***
We're in the middle of a machine learning renaissance, and the number of companies that use machine learning will continue to grow. This means that it is increasingly important that developers are able to add the application of machine learning as a tool in their skill sets. In this session you will be introduced to MediaPipe Tasks and MediaPipe Model Maker, which are our updated ML offerings from the TensorFlow team. You will learn about what these tools can provide your communities, how they can be used with Android, and how our team plans to move forward in the near future.
Speaker: Paul Ruiz (Google): Paul is a developer advocate on Google's Core ML team focused on mobile and IoT. Outside of work, he makes movie props and costumes, is learning to draw, and gardens.
