Welcome to DevFest Reno 2024! We are thrilled to announce that this year’s event will be held locally on November 15th at the University of Nevada, Reno Joe Crowley Student Union.
This one-day event is designed to immerse you in the latest trends and technologies in Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, AI, Web Development, and App Development. Whether you're a seasoned developer or just starting out, our expert-led sessions will provide valuable insights and hands-on experience.


12:00 PM – Doors Open & Networking
Kick off DevFest with coffee, light snacks, and a chance to network with fellow tech enthusiasts, developers, and industry experts.
1:00 PM – Opening Remarks
Presented by lead organizers Priscillar Banda McMillan and Sushmita, this session will introduce the event theme and goals, setting an inspiring tone for the day.
1:15 PM – Presentation
A keynote session from Augustine , sharing insights on the future of AI, mobile development, and innovation.
2:00 PM –Keynote Presentation: Supercharging Mobile Development Using Gen AI
Speakers: Pranay and Santosh

12:00 AM	Opening Remarks	Priscillar and Sushmita, the lead organizers of GDG Reno DevFest, will welcome attendees and set the stage for the day. 1:00 AM	Keynote Presentation: "Supercharging Mobile Development Using Gen AI"	In this keynote, Pranay and Sriram will explore how Generative AI is transforming mobile development. They will demonstrate how to streamline UI creation, integrate Figma designs, and leverage tools like Claude.ai for enhanced prompt engineering. Attendees will gain practical insights to improve workflows, minimize repetitive tasks, and boost creativity—all while maintaining high standards through human expertise and code review. This session promises to provide both inspiration and actionable takeaways.
