Iron Startups is a fast-paced entrepreneurship program, established these very days, to promote and support applied startups that will respond to the challenges of the hour, both on the battlefield and in civil society. As part of the program, several start-ups will be selected within a few days to hold a series of business meetings with the project partners to implement the ideas and get them off the ground, directly in front of potential customers from the defense and civilian communities. The entrepreneurship program is designed to encourage ventures active in various fields of innovation. The initiator of the program is Eliaheb Amram, Major (ret.), formerly an operations officer and innovation officer, former Shin Bet, and currently a co-founder of TLV Vali, which works to accelerate technological solutions through validation in the world of security

Together with him are the lawyers Lior Oren (partner, commercial department and mergers and acquisitions department) and Roi Kener (partner, head of the high-tech department) from Ardinst, Ben Natan, Toledano & Co.

According to him, "With the progress and intensification of warfare and threats in the various sectors, new threats and challenges arise, as well as initiatives with technological solutions in the security and civilian worlds, which request rapid assistance in implementation and assimilation. Alon Kessler, accompanying and examining investments and business development, engineer, leader and manager of multidisciplinary development processes at the edge of technological capability for over a decade in start-ups, in the technological unit of the Intelligence Corps, and in the defense industries;

Dr. Alex Nodelman, founded and managed the 3D production area in Unit 81, a graduate of Unit 9900 and has been active for over 15 years in the defense industries in Israel and around the world;

Dr. Patrick Shabell, a sustainable business development, with experience and a technical, technological and legal background. Consultant to the military and government bodies;

And Or Manor, entrepreneur, researcher and founder of international innovation communities, innovation consultant for the army, lecturer and mentor.
