Are you ready for the next challenge??

Our community is growing rapidly, and I have no doubt that making connections, networking and professional and personal sharing are the keys to developing and managing a successful and productive career.

But, networking is a muscle that needs to be worked on, strengthened, practiced. so…

Therefore, for a month, starting from Sunday until 2/28/23, you will meet with as many community members as possible for mingling conversations - over real coffee or on our platform.

How will it work?

Those interested in participating in the challenge are invited to register here on Google Sheets, with a brief description of yourself and which people you would like to meet along with a link to LinkedIn or a profile in our community (and thus also earn an increase in the LinkedIn circle).

Later you are invited to contact in a personal message those who are interested in taking part in the Mingling Challenge month.

I recommend contacting those who have worked in the past in companies that interest you, have done interesting positions or simply sound like them, therefore relevant to getting to know each other.

Mention that you are applying as part of the community's mingling challenge, and why you would like to meet.

If there is interest and availability to meet, schedule a meeting/Zoom call during the month (I recommend scheduling a call of at least 15-20 minutes).

It is recommended to come prepared to the meeting, to understand exactly why you are meeting, and what value you can give or want to receive from the meeting.

Document the meeting with a photo or a screenshot and upload a photo in the dedicated thread that will be opened later in our group.
