4:30 AM	Automating GCP infrastructure using IaC \| Tutorial by Darshit Suratwala	Ever wondered how companies automate the management of Cloud Resources? Join in to find out more about how you can use open-source tools to set up and manage cloud infrastructure. In this workshop, we will learn more about Terraform (an Infrastructure As Code tool) and how it can be used to create Infrastructure on GCP. We will also learn to automate the whole process by setting up CI/CD using GitHub Actions. Tutorials are 3.5 hours of hands-on sessions that will happen on 16th Dec 2022.
4:30 AM	Building Frontend with TailwindCSS \| Tutorial by Vinay Khobragade	All backend developers say frontend is very easy till they have to develop something that looks good. Learning and building CSS is a tedious task. TailwindCSS to the rescue! We will have a hands-on tutorial session on the TailwindCSS framework. Start from basics and we will develop a good-looking web page in no time. If you're a backend/full-stack developer struggling to showcase your projects because they don't look beautiful, this tutorial is for you! Note: Make sure you have visual studio code and node.js installed in your system. Tutorials are 3.5 hours of hands-on sessions that will happen on 16th Dec 2022.
8:30 AM	Sidecar-less Service mesh, Is it a dream or a reality ? (Ambient Mesh Workshop) \| Tutorial by Rohit	Every service mesh, including Istio, uses a sidecar proxy as its data plane. With this pattern, a mesh can intercept and enhance the capability of networking communication on behalf of an application. However, this sidecar deployment pattern comes with a set of challenges which include operational cost and complexity. With the advent of eBPF in modern kernels, and some coordination with the Linux networking capabilities, we can remove the need to have a sidecar and adopt a transparent approach. In this talk we dive into the future of Istio to show how Istio can run in a ambient mode while maintaining the features of Istio running in a standard mode. Tutorials are 3.5 hours of hands-on sessions that will happen on 16th Dec 2022.
