A workshop on Robotics.

South Africa has recently introduced Coding and Robotics as part of the national school curriculum. Our developer community understands coding, but what is Robotics? Typically, the word invokes an image of a robot - a machine that performs tasks that are repetitive and - sometimes - dangers, especially tasks performed in the automotive manufacturing industry. But Robotics is much broader than that, especially in a world where machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) have become ubiquitous. This workshop seeks to demystify Robotics, and help the developer community identify use cases and opportunities for this exciting technology.
