The new Firebase software stack is both comprehensive and powerful.  It provides even the smallest dev teams with the tools to create a great app because so much of the heavy lifting has been done for you.  

One of the heavier "lifts" a dev teams can undertake is the creation and implementation of their app's data model.  Fortunately, Firebase ships with a lightning quick NoSQL database that enables realtime data syncing, data persistence and offline mode!
