Yash Prabhu
Senior Engineering Manager, Comcast
Yash Prabhu is a Senior Engineering Manager who leads the core mobile infrastructure team at Comcast Digital Home. Previously she led the Android team at Warner Bros. Digital Labs where her team was responsible for building Android apps for streaming services
such as DC Universe, Cartoon Network Boomerang & DramaFever. Yash also organizes GDG Philadelphia, volunteers at various local tech groups as an instructor and mentor, and regularly speaks at tech conferences.

Mel Shafer
QA Team lead, Warner Bros Digital Labs
Mel Shafer leads the QA team at Warner Bros. Digital Labs, where she manages the full-stack testing of multiple video on demand streaming services (such as the iconic DC Universe property) and drives initiatives for test automation. Prior to Warner Bros., Mel spent two years as a software engineer for IBM in Littleton, MA. Mel is also an active bassoonist in the Philadelphia area and currently plays with the Philadelphia Wind Symphony, a professional volunteer ensemble.

Michael Jones
Senior Director, Enterprise Products & Platform Technology, Capital One
Michael Jones is responsible for leading the Mobile and Web feature engineering teams at Capital One. He also founded and leads the Android Summit conference in Northern VA. He has 14+ years experience in large scale financial institutions and 8 years as a partner across two start-ups. Michael enjoys spending time with family, playing/watching hockey, side coding projects and playing keyboards reminiscing about his glory days in various bands.

Brian McElaney
Senior Vice President, Think Company
Brian McElaney (or "Mac" as his friends and coworkers know him) has lead user-focused software teams building everything from medical device monitoring systems to foreign exchange trading platforms. He currently runs the technology team at Think Company - a user experience design firm in Philadelphia focused on enterprise software, process, and service design. When he's not coding Mac cooks competitively, drinks wine professionally as a Level 3 sommelier, pretends to like parades, and feels that brunch should be protected by law.

Audrey Troutt
Director, Mobile Engineering, Comcast
Audrey Troutt is an accomplished hands-on technology leader with ten years of experience that includes software management and coding of Android, iOS, and web-based solutions. She is also a builder of healthy and efficient work environments and is a tech community leader and advocate.
