Design, Develop, Deploy!
Previously at DramaFever (a Warner Bros. company), designers and developers focused mostly on their own tasks without the consideration of how it would affect each other – the ones designing an app and the ones eventually building it. Although we have an iterative process in place, we found ourselves repeating some of the work while working on several projects.

With our team growing and projects needing to be output faster, we decided to streamline our Android design and development process and would love to share this with all of you!

In this talk, we will walk you through our process of how to:
1. Find common ground with your designer or developer
2. Ship apps faster if you do the legwork beforehand
3. Design an app from a developer’s perspective as a designer
4. Implement designs to be more performant and responsive from the developer’s end

This talk is aimed at designers and developers.
