3:15 PM	Unmasking the Shadows: AI Red Teaming in the Age of Gemini and VertexAI, fortified by SAIF	The rapid advancement of AI, exemplified by models like Gemini and the capabilities of VertexAI, brings forth not only unprecedented opportunities but also a new landscape of security risks. As AI systems become increasingly integrated into critical applications, ensuring their robustness against adversarial attacks is paramount. The Secure AI Framework (SAIF) offers a structured approach to building security into AI systems from the ground up.
3:45 PM	Decoding OAuth and OpenID Connect for Mobile Developers	If you’ve not read RFC 8252 or found it overwhelming, fear not. I aim to break down this specification, distilling it into digestible key concepts that underscore your everyday work. RFC 8252 provides essential guidelines for implementing OAuth 2.0 in native applications, focusing on the unique security and usability challenges these apps face compared to their web counterparts. The presentation is designed to demystify the intricate processes of OAuth, translating technical jargon into practical knowledge specifically for mobile developers. I will introduce the fundamentals of OAuth, highlighting its importance in the architecture of mobile applications. This will set the stage for a deeper exploration of the various types of tokens used in OAuth. We will explore ID Tokens, Access Tokens, and Refresh Tokens. We’ll delve into their distinct functions, examine their payloads and claims, and understand how they collectively ensure a secure application experience. I will address the differences among various token types, the nuances of authentication versus authorization, the nature of different grant types, and the methods for validating tokens. By the end of this session, attendees will have a solid grasp of RFC 8252’s guidelines and a better understanding of how to effectively implement OAuth 2.0 in their native applications.
4:15 PM	Move Fast and Make Things - Going from idea to MVP and Beyond	This talk explores the journey of taking a product idea from concept to a successful launch. We'll discuss the power of rapid prototyping, leveraging technologies like Flutter and Firebase for cross-platform development. By embracing agility and a data-driven approach, individuals and teams can navigate the challenges of the market and achieve success.
4:45 PM	Embracing 16 KB Page Sizes in Android - Boosting Performance	Enhance app performance by adopting 16 KB page sizes introduced in Android 15, mandatory for Google Play uploads starting in 2025. In this session, I will cover the why and how behind 16 KB page size modifications through four parts: (1) Performance Boosts: Speed up app boot and launch times with 16 KB page size, (2) Impact Assessment: Evaluate how the 16 KB page size will affect your app, (3) Code Alignment: Align your code and binaries with the 16 KB page size requirement, and (4) Testing Strategies: Test and ensure your app is compliant with specific techniques. Get ahead of the curve by learning to adapt your app to the 16 KB page size requirement, ensuring superior performance and compliance ahead of the 2025 mandate.

6:00 PM	Workshop: Taking a walk in the Model Garden	In this session, I will give a brief introduction to the current Generative AI Landscape, what the current trends are and how Gemini helps users in the day-to-day, what are the salient features of Google Cloud Platform, and how users can get started with Generative AI using Vertex AI on GCP. This talk will be conducted standalone with a small demo at the end.
