Kayla Kasprak: Creating an Inclusive Code Review Culture

All developers have probably experienced the familiar dread surrounding code reviews–-having to context switch to unblock someone’s pull request or deciding how to move forward after a comment with which they disagreed. Transform the code review culture of your team with these tips and techniques, improving code quality and working relationships simultaneously.

Kayla is a mobile software engineer at Comcast NBCUniversal. In the past, she has worked on back-end video delivery for Cloud DVR as well as Apple TV apps for NBC News. These days, she spends most of her time doing iOS development for xFi. She is passionate about efforts to increase diversity and inclusion in tech, and she's also a total nerd for mobile app architecture, code reviews, and Swift.
