Participants will explore the full potential of cloud and AI, from leveraging Google Cloud to integrating state-
of-the-art AI models and APIs. Whether developing AI-powered services for end users, creating tools that
enhance AI usability for developers, or even pioneering new ways to integrate AI into open-source projects,
teams will have the freedom to explore diverse and creative ways to make an impact.
By fostering contributions to open-source AI and advancing AI accessibility, this hackathon empowers
students to not only shape the future of technology but also ensure that its benefits are widely shared.
Open-source collaboration fuels innovation, breaking down barriers between disciplines, industries, and
communities—ultimately accelerating the responsible and inclusive development of AI.
Through this hackathon, participants will leverage cloud-based AI technologies to develop innovative
solutions to pressing societal issues while simultaneously gaining hands-on experience in open-source
collaboration. By bridging cultural and technological boundaries, The Bridge fosters collaboration, innovation,
and knowledge-sharing—equipping students with hands-on experience in open-source development while
creating a lasting impact on the global tech community.
