Step into the world of virtualization and containerization with our Study Jam - #TechSeries: From Virtual Machines to Containers workshop. This hands-on session is designed to equip you with the foundational skills to navigate modern cloud and application development technologies.

You’ll start by installing and configuring VirtualBox and virtual machines, then advance to installing Docker and building your first container. From there, you'll explore Docker networking, work with Docker Compose for multi-container applications, and containerize a sample application. You’ll also learn how to save and share container images and efficiently clean up your setup.

By the end of this workshop, you’ll walk away with practical skills to leverage containerization, an in-depth understanding of the cloud ecosystem, and the confidence to tackle real-world application deployment challenges.
