About this event

In this session, participants will gain a fundamental understanding of how web applications operate, from the moment a user interacts with a website to how data is processed and displayed. We will break down the structure of a typical web app, covering key components such as:

Frontend (Client-Side): The user interface built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, responsible for displaying content and handling user interactions.

Backend (Server-Side): The logic and processing layer, often powered by technologies like Node.js, Python, or PHP, that handles requests and processes data.

Databases: Where application data is stored, retrieved, and updated, using systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

Communication (HTTP & APIs): How the frontend and backend communicate through HTTP requests and APIs to exchange data.
