What You'll Learn: A Two-Day Agenda
Day 1: "Get to Know Design Thinking: The Foundation for Creating Great Products" (Online Seminar)
Speaker: Yahya Ayyas
Format: Online via Zoom Meeting
We will start with an introductory session to provide a foundational understanding of UX Design Thinking. In this seminar, you will be introduced to the 5 key stages of the process: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test, establishing a strong framework for the practical session to follow.
Day 2: "Hands-On Empathize: Digging Deep into User Needs" (In-Person Workshop)

Format: In-Person at STT Terpadu Nurul Fikri - Campus B - B1 101
Next, we will apply the theory in a hands-on offline workshop. This session is a deep dive into the first and most crucial stage of Design Thinking: Empathize. You will get practical experience using tools like the Empathy Map and creating User Personas based on real-world case studies.
