FlutterFlow - This is a visual tool to help speed up the ui side of development. To use this create a free account at https://flutterflow.io, payment isn't required even though on the homepage it says free trial, just click on the free plan when prompted.

Code Editor - It's generally recommended to use VS Code for Dart programming and if you do have VS Code installed make sure that you have the Flutter extension also downloaded. Any other IDE should be fine given that is has proper language support.
