CCITeach Term 2: Intermediate Programming and Mobile Development
The Google Developer Groups on Campus proudly presents CCITeach Term 2, a two-part online learning event happening on February 15, 2025 (Saturday) via MS Teams. With a capacity of up to 300 participants, the sessions aim to equip students with advanced knowledge in programming and mobile app development.
📌 Schedule:
8:00 AM – 11:10 AM: Intermediate Programming
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Mobile Development
This initiative is part of our commitment to helping students deepen their technical skills as they progress through their academic careers. The morning session will dive into key programming concepts such as object-oriented programming, recursion, memory management, and error handling—facilitated by the Hackathon Committees under the Office of the CTO.
The afternoon session, led by CTO Lark Sigmuond Babao, will guide participants through mobile app development using Android Studio, covering UI/UX, integration, and platform-specific techniques.
To reinforce learning, a hands-on activity will conclude the event, where participants can earn rewards and certificates. Tools like GitHub and Notion will be used throughout the sessions to simulate real-world workflows.
This event is specially tailored for 1st and 2nd-year CCIT students, with priority access for official GDG on Campus members.
