Event Format:

• Teams: 1-2 members (Pair programming encouraged!)
• Platform: Hackerrank

Mentorship: Meet upperclassmen mentors (M28-M25) to get real-world interview tips.

Goals:

• Prepare for technical interviews with hands-on coding practice.
• Connect with mentors and fellow students.
• Build Confidence by solving challenges in a friendly environment.

Rules:

• 🚫 AI Use: Discouraged – Think Meta would let ChatGPT help in an interview? 😉
• 👥 Teamwork: Teams of up to 2, or go solo if that’s your style.
• 💬 Mentor Interaction: Mentors will offer guidance, but no direct solutions.

Judging Criteria:

1st: Speed of Completion + Time Complexity of Solutions

2rd: Ability to Explain Code Well
