Introducing the Tech Winter Break Workshop Series

The Google Developer Group (GDG) on Campus at MGM University is thrilled to announce a comprehensive two-week Tech Winter Break workshop series. This initiative aims to provide students with hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of cutting-edge technologies in web development and Android development.

Objectives:

The workshop series is designed to achieve the following objectives:

  1. Skill Enhancement: Equip students with practical skills in web development, Android app development, and Flutter app development.
  2. Industry Exposure: Expose students to industry-standard tools, frameworks, and best practices.
  3. Community Building: Foster a vibrant developer community within the university and beyond.
  4. Innovation Promotion: Inspire students to innovate and create innovative solutions using the acquired skills.
  5. Solution Challenge Preparation: Prepare students to participate in and excel in various tech challenges and hackathons.

Workshop Overview:

The two-week workshop series will cover the following topics:

  • Web Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Node.js
  • Android App Development: Java, Android Studio, and Firebase
