The event will be held at Mapua Makati - lobby from 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, focusing on accessibility through the lens of the Waray culture of Samar. It is a two-day event that comprises of the following:
Day 1: Pagsabot ha UI/UX – Understanding Accessibility in Design
This session will introduce participants to the fundamentals of UI/UX, with a strong emphasis on Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Through real-world examples, attendees will learn how to evaluate websites for accessibility, understand the challenges faced by PWDs, and gain insights into designing more inclusive digital experiences.
