The event started with an exciting introduction to **Google Developer Groups (GDG)**, aimed specifically at welcoming the freshers into our tech community. We introduced what GDG stands for as a global platform for learning, innovation, and collaboration, ensuring that everyone was aware of the incredible opportunities that come with being part of this community.

The journey of Google Developer Student Clubs (GDSC) at IPS Academy was explained, beginning with the first-ever GDSC Lead, Mohit Gupta, who was selected as Lead in 2022. His contributions and accomplishments were celebrated as a foundation for the community’s growth. Then, we moved on to Ginni Jain, who took the lead in 2023, and highlighted the achievements and progress made during her tenure.

Next, the spotlight shifted to our new GDSC LEAD which is now GDG On Campus Organiser for 2024, Sonali Singh. She gave an insightful talk about the upcoming events and activities planned for this session. Sonali also made an exciting announcement regarding **Core Team Recruitment** for the 2024-2025 tenure, inviting freshers and students to step forward and become part of this dynamic team, promising an exciting and productive year ahead.

Adding a fun element to the event, a lively Slido Quiz was organized by the team. The competition was thrilling, and the top three participants won exclusive **Google stickers** as prizes, presented by the Lead herself! 🎁

The event concluded with a powerful GDG IPSA shoutout, followed by a cheerful group photo to mark the beginning of this exciting journey. The one-hour session left the audience inspired and motivated, with everyone looking forward to the upcoming events and opportunities that GDG On Campus IPSA will bring to foster growth, innovation, and learning.
