Chaitak will share his experiences in open-source development at LibreHealth, where he participated in the Google Summer of Code (GSOC) 2023 program. In addition to his technical accomplishments, Chaitak was actively involved in various leadership roles during his college years. He held positions in clubs such as Computer Society of India (CSI), Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), and Google Developer Student Clubs (GDSC). His leadership journey began with organizing workshops and hackathons, which allowed him to connect with fellow students and industry professionals. One of his notable contributions was leading a hackathon called Diversion, which was recognized as part of the Major League Hacking (MLH). This experience not only enhanced his organizational skills but also fostered a spirit of innovation and teamwork among participants.

Chaitak's dedication and leadership paid off when he secured a placement at Juspay, standing out as the only candidate from his batch to do so.
