Event Overview & Guidelines:
JJK Hackathon 2K25 is a national-level hackathon aimed at providing an engaging platform for students from all over India to come together and build practical tech-based solutions to real challenges. With the theme rooted in Jujutsu Kaisen, participants are encouraged to tap into their inner creativity and craft solutions that stand out in terms of functionality, innovation, and impact.
Eligibility: Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students across all disciplines.
Team Size: Minimum 2 and maximum 4 members.
Inter-College Teams: Allowed β students from different institutions are encouraged to collaborate.
Inter-Specialization Teams: Allowed β participants from various branches and domains can team up.
Mode: Completely offline. The final hackathon will be conducted on-site IIMT University, Meerut.
Participation Certificates: All attending participants will receive official certificates.
Swags and Goodies: Cool merchandise and anime-themed gifts will be distributed to all on-ground participants.
Exciting Prizes: Prizes worth βΉ50,000+ for top teams, with recognition across platforms.
Event Timeline:
Registration Phase 1: Opens on May 4, 2025, and closes on May 19, 2025
Shortlist Announcement: Results of selected teams will be declared on May 20, 2025
Main Hackathon: Will take place offline at IIMT University, Meerut, on May 24β25, 2025
Hackathon Format:
Shortlisting Phase: Interested teams register on Unstop by submitting their basic profile and answering a few screening questions. The organizing team will shortlist the most enthusiastic and promising applicants based on these responses.
Final Hackathon Round: A 24-hour on-site event at IIMT University where selected teams will be given 3β5 problem statements across domains like AI, Web3, sustainability, healthcare, open innovation, and more. Teams must ideate, prototype, and present a functional solution within the time limit.
Mentorship support, internet access, and necessary utilities will be available throughout the event.
Rules:
Each team must comprise 2β4 eligible students.
All members of shortlisted teams must be physically present at the venue.
All solutions must be built during the hackathon hours only; plagiarism will lead to disqualification.
Teams can use open-source libraries and frameworks.
Final submission must include source code, a brief write-up, and a live demo or presentation.
Decisions of the jury will be final and binding.
Participants must maintain professionalism and respect all peers, mentors, and organizers.
Carrying your college ID cards is must for all students for verification at offline hackathon.
Following the decorum at campus is must in order to maintain the discipline.
