This workshop is designed to equip participants with the practical skills and confidence needed to use Figma for real-world UI/UX design projects. Attendees will gain a strong foundation in design principles, hands-on experience with Figma’s tools, and an understanding of how to tackle real-life design challenges.
Participants will learn how to:
Navigate Figma efficiently – understand the interface, tools, and features to streamline design work.
Apply UI/UX best practices – learn layout, typography, color theory, and spacing to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
Build reusable components and styles – maintain design consistency and speed up workflows for larger projects.
Collaborate in real-world settings – use Figma’s collaboration features for teamwork, feedback, and version control, just like in professional design environments.
Prototype and test interactive designs – create realistic prototypes that simulate user experiences and test usability before development.
Solve practical design challenges – work on exercises and mini-projects that mimic real client requirements or product scenarios.
This workshop emphasizes a hands-on, practical approach rather than lecture-style learning. Participants will actively work on design exercises and live projects, allowing them to practice applying skills in real-world scenarios. Beginners will find the step-by-step guidance easy to follow, while intermediate users will discover techniques to enhance productivity and prepare for professional design work.
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to design, prototype, and present projects confidently, and have the practical knowledge to contribute effectively to real-world UI/UX design projects in a professional environment.
