In the Code4GovTech Onboarding Session, we introduced students to the exciting world of open source software and its immense potential for personal and professional growth. Participants learned about the significance of open source, how to contribute effectively, and the impact of their contributions on the community. We discussed the Code4GovTech (C4GT) initiative, along with the Digital Public Goods (DPG) and Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), emphasizing how these concepts relate to government technology and innovation.

The session also highlighted the benefits of engaging in open source projects, including skill development, networking opportunities, and the chance to work on meaningful projects that can drive social change.
