1) Log-in to https://www.cloudskillsboost.google/ if not already logged in

2) Go to https://www.cloudskillsboost.google/profile/ and click on the red underlined button "Make profile public" below your account picture and then click "Make Profile Public" if there's a pop-up.

3) Give some time for the page to load. Once it loads, you will be on your profile page. Now just share the URL displayed there. (That's your profile URL)
