1. Download VirtualBox from https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads and follow the relevant instructions
2. Download Kali Linux by clicking Download on the VirtualBox version
Information to set up Kali can be found here: https://www.kali.org/docs/virtualization/import-premade-virtualbox/
3. Run the machine, just to confirm that it is working.
