Join us for LaunchPad - Building Prototypes for Hackathons, a hands-on workshop organized by Google Developer Groups (GDG) in collaboration with Supernova, for Echoes 2024 - Supernova's Space Week. Tailored for both beginners and innovators, this workshop introduces essential skills for prototyping using no-code and Google-based tools. In this session, you’ll learn to transform ideas into functional models aimed at solving real-world problems.
Throughout the workshop, you’ll explore the steps of prototyping, from ideation to creating a working model, and have the opportunity to work on relevant themes such as remote sensing, oil leakage response, flood damage control, mangrove monitoring, and AQI (Air Quality Index) monitoring. We’ll guide you in accessing reliable data sources, including Kaggle, Google Dataset Search, and government databases, to support your project.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll gain practical prototyping experience and create a model that could address real-world issues. This is an exciting chance to develop valuable skills, connect with like-minded individuals, and build impactful solutions for hackathons and beyond.
