The Recruitment Process: Your Path to the Core Team

We have a straightforward process to identify the most passionate candidates. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: The Application (Registration: Sep 12 - Sep 18)

Fill out our official application form to get started. This is your opportunity to showcase your skills, projects, and your enthusiasm for technology and community.

• Registration Starts: September 12, 2025

• Registration Closes: September 18, 2025 at 11:00 PM

Step 2: Application Review

Our team will carefully review every application. We’re looking for passion, potential, and a collaborative spirit.

• Pro Tip: We will be reviewing your LinkedIn, GitHub, and any portfolio links you provide. Make sure they are polished and up-to-date to best represent your skills!

Step 3: Personal Interviews (Sep 21)

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted via email with an invitation for a short online interview. This is a conversation for us to learn more about you and for you to ask us questions.

Step 4: Welcome to the Team!

The final selected members will be announced after the interview round. If selected, you'll be onboarded and begin your incredible journey as a community leader with GDG BCET.
