After an intense event schedule, we organized a nature trip to the Kirazlı Monastery ruins in our area to boost our team’s morale and motivation. During the trip, we enjoyed a nature walk, relaxed by the waterfall, and gathered around a campfire to roast marshmallows and sing songs. This enjoyable outing revitalized our team’s motivation for upcoming projects.
