Pixel Designathon 2025, Hosted on 1th February 2025, is the first-ever design event hosted by the Google Developer Groups at Atharva College of Engineering (ACE). This event aims to bring together talented minds from across Mumbai for a 24-hour challenge to design and prototype solutions to real-world problems in a collaborative and competitive environment.

Pixel Designathon 2025, Hosted on 1th February 2025, is the first-ever design event hosted by the Google Developer Groups at Atharva College of Engineering (ACE). This event aims to bring together talented minds from across Mumbai for a 24-hour challenge to design and prototype solutions to real-world problems in a collaborative and competitive environment.
The event begins with an online round for all registered teams on 1st February. The top 10 teams will advance to the offline final round at our campus on 7th February. Teams will receive the problem statement and can select their preferred challenge on a first-come, first-served basis, emphasizing quick thinking and strategic planning.

About Pixel 2025:
Pixel 2025 is the ultimate test of your design prowess, merging case study research, user flow design, wireframing, and prototyping into a comprehensive challenge. Participants will work to create innovative and practical design solutions that resonate with the event's vision. From conceptualizing product workflows to creating high-fidelity prototypes.
Eligibility Criteria:
Open to students from any college.
Teams can have 1-4 participants (students from different colleges can form a single team).
Each participant can only join one team.
Problem Statement:
The problem statement will be revealed at the commencement of the event, providing each team with a 12-hour window to conceptualize, design, and submit their entry.
Problem Statement Release: 1st February 2025 morning (tentatively).
Online Round: 1st–2nd February 2025 (24 hours).
Offline Round (Top 10 Teams): 7th February 2025 at Atharva College of Engineering (ACE).
Deliverables:
Teams are required to submit the following:
Case Study and Research: Detailed documentation of the design problem, user pain points, and insights from research.
User Flow: Clear and well-defined user journeys.
Wireframes: Low-to-medium fidelity wireframes of the solution.
Prototypes: High-fidelity prototypes of the final design solution.
Submission Guidelines:
All submissions must include:
A Google Drive link with:
A comprehensive presentation of the design process.
Source files for all deliverables (e.g., case study, wireframes, prototypes).
Files should be well-organized and clearly labeled to ensure smooth evaluation.
Evaluation Criteria:
Creativity: The uniqueness and innovation of the solution.
Feasibility: Practicality and implementability of the design.
Clarity: How effectively the team communicates their design vision and process.
Code of Conduct:
All designs must be created during the event by the participants.
Plagiarism or use of copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited.
Decisions by the organizing team will be final and binding.
