Ibsa is a Software Engineer at Google, currently based in Germany. Before his full-time role, he completed an internship at Google Poland and built a strong foundation through A2SV’s competitive programming and leadership programs.

As former Head of Education at A2SV, Ibsa played a crucial role in shaping the curriculum and guiding top African talents into the global tech scene. He has also led impactful backend projects at Eskalate and served as a GitHub Campus Expert, promoting inclusive tech communities.
