Wesley Chun, Easy path to machine learning	In today's world of ChatGPT & machine learning, insightful tools are being created like never before. However, not everyone has the requisite skills or background to jump right into building & training GenAI or other ML models in PyTorch or TensorFlow. This overview helps democratize AI/ML for all developers, introducing concepts and the standard workflow. If you're new to this exciting topic, Google Cloud AI/ML "building block" APIs, part of its Vertex AI platform, are some of the best ways to get started. What does it mean for developers? It means that if you can call an API, you can leverage the power of machine learning. This session provides a basic ML primer for those who are new, giving examples of where AI & ML are making an impact today, whether in a Google product or out in the wild. That's followed by an introduction to Google APIs and how to use them, focusing on the GCP AI/ML building block APIs but also including other Google APIs to consider when building your first AI/ML application. Real code will show you how much easier it will be for you to get started on your AI/ML journey.

We will dive into the beginning of it and how it has converged in to one of the hottest spots for AI in Silicon Valley.
Huan Li, Building a Chatbot in 6-lines of Code using Wechaty	Conversational AI has empowered the Chatbot application in recent years, making the Conversational User Interface (CUI) increasingly valuable. WhatsApp & WeChat are two of the largest world IM platforms. What if we could turn our personal accounts into a chatbot? It will be precious for many use cases if we can turn our account into a chatbot as a practical and convenient CUI application to serve users. However, WhatsApp/WeChat does not have an official API published to achieve that, which in turn led the open-source community to develop a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) SDK Wechaty (Apache-2.0 License, 18k+ GitHub stars, 28k+ dependents), to help developers to build a WhatsApp/WeChat chatbot in 6 lines of TypeScript/Python.
