Gabby Hirata

DVF

Gabby Hirata is the president and chief executive of DVF (Diane von Furstenberg), having joined the company in January 2020. Prior to DVF, Gabby served as the chief strategy officer of Jill Stuart in 2019, and the managing director of Adeam, a NY-based Japanese luxury brand from 2014 to 2018. Prior to these senior management roles, Gabby specialized in product development and supply chains at Ralph Lauren, managing the global sourcing of Blue Label and the launch of Polo for Women from 2009 to 2014. Raised in China and educated in the US, Gabby is passionate about leveraging her multi-cultural and tri-lingual background to streamline and scale organizations through establishing international offices, standard operating procedures, and global go-to-market strategies with a focus on China.

Natalia Villalobos

Natalia Villalobos is an American advocate for diversity and inclusion, working since 2020 as the Head of Developer Inspiration & Inclusion at Google. She was formerly Google's Head of Global Programs for Women Techmakers. Women Techmakers is an external-facing program supporting women in technology working to improve the visibility and contributions of women at Google, and in particular at the annual developer conference Google I/O.
Natalia's latest role is VP of Inclusion Strategy & Execution at The New York Times.

Rana Abdelhamid

Google

Rana Abdelhamid is an internationally acclaimed community organizer, first-degree black belt, public speaker and social entrepreneur focused on mass mobilization, international solidarity and the empowerment of marginalized communities. Rana Abdelhamid is committed to organizing communities around migrant, gender and racial justice. At Women Techmakers, Rana co-started the Women's Online Safety Hackathon, focused on building tech solutions against violence facing women online and training women in online safety. She also supports programs to uplift the stories and provide training for women tech founders. Outside of Women Techmakers, for over ten years, Abdelhamid has served as the Executive Director of Malikah, a global grassroots movement committed to building safety and power for all women through self-defense, healing justice, community organizing and financial literacy.

Wendy is a member of the North America I&D Steering Committee, I&D in Tech committee, and various employee resource groups, including Kantar’s Women in Tech (which she co-founded in 2017). In 2019, with four technology degrees already under her belt, Wendy decided to return to school once again to get her professional SHRM certification in I&D from Cornell University. She is regularly invited to speak at external events, has recently been awarded for her community outreach, and is now proud to represent Kantar as a member of the Grace Hopper Software Engineering Executive Board.
