Stephanie Wong is the Head of Developer Engagement at Google Cloud. She is a keynote speaker, writer, and engineer with a mission to blend storytelling and technology to create inspiring developer content. She is the creator of dozens of Google Cloud Youtube series like Networking End-to-End and Discovering Data Centers, the host of live tech conferences, and won a 2021 Webby award for her work. Before Google she helped businesses implement cloud technologies at Oracle. Born and raised in San Francisco, Stephanie's active in her community, supporting women in tech and mentoring students. She's a former pageant queen, hip hop dancer, and has an unhealthy obsession with dogs. You can find her online at @stephr_wong.
As Program Manager for the Office of the CTO, Kate manages CTO and ACTO projects, programs, and initiatives. Kate leads the SADA Startup Incubator, a program designed to establish cloud infrastructure and technical advisement for bootstrapped startups at the beginning of their GCP journey. A strong believer in supporting women’s career growth, Kate co-organizes the Women of SADA employee relations group to unite and support women in their tech journeys.
After hours, Kate volunteers her time to mentor young women in education, physical fitness, and personal development in the Austin, TX metropolitan area. Kate is a trained opera singer who has sung across the globe in some of the most prestigious opera houses and dirtiest of karaoke bars. She is a massive fan of British humor, lifting heavy things, and dreams of the day when she can be on the Great British Baking Show. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from BYU and a Master’s Degree from Rice University.
Natalia Villalobos is an American advocate for diversity and inclusion, working since 2020 as the Head of Developer Inspiration & Inclusion at Google. She was formerly Google's Head of Global Programs for Women Techmakers. Women Techmakers is an external-facing program supporting women in technology working to improve the visibility and contributions of women at Google, and in particular at the annual developer conference Google I/O.
Natalia's latest role is VP of Inclusion Strategy & Execution at The New York Times.
Shivika Arora has extensive experience in financial data analytics and product management. she has recently had the opportunity to build and showcase expertise in tech product evolution and adoption and be a strategic partner to senior Tech leaders in deploying key tech priorities and programs.
Madona Syombua is an Author, GDE Android, and Senior Android Engineer at WGU, She is also a Women Who Code Mobile Lead, Women Techmakers Ambassador, and a developer who enjoys sharing her Android knowledge and teaching others how to make Android applications.

She believes that technology transforms not only businesses, but changes people's lives for the better. Anna leads the Google Developers Group in New York City, educating developers, marketers, students from startups to enterprise companies how to leverage Google technologies. With her organizational and technical expertise, she can design and develop efficient solutions which are helping in making the internal business process vibrant and fast for her organization. Aditi is a community lover and a passionate developer. She keeps contributing to various technical communities as an organizer or a speaker. As a personal interest, develops mobile Applications. She is also a Google India Udacity Android Developers Nanodegree 2018 Scholar. Reading about new inventions and breakthroughs keeps her motivated. She always tries to empower women with the power of community to help them achieve their goals. Happiness is a choice, and she firmly believes that one should always keep the child inside them alive.
