Diana Agu studied Law & Criminology in London, UK but climbed the corporate ladder working in project & business management. She has held varied jobs such as Head of PMO, COO, Chief of staff and more recently Global Head of Strategy for Marketing, Communications & People with Financial Services Insights & Data at Capgemini, an organization with an annual revenue of about $500M and 5000 employees globally, where she owned the people agenda, helped shaped the Marketing & Communications portfolio and increased brand and capability awareness. Diana has spent the last 15 years in various leadership positions climbing the Corporate ladder within Technology and Financial Services. She recently pivoted to Healthcare and manages Synergy Homecare Clifton, which is part of Curain Healthcare Services where she is CEO. Curain Healthcare Services is an emerging Healthcare company that focuses on Healthcare Solutions, Advocacy and bringing therapeutic services to those in need especially children with special needs.
Diana is very passionate about her volunteer work, she is an active member in Church, supports 2 non profit start ups and is on the board of the iREAD program from Agape House of Worship that is part of the Adopt a school program. Diana designed and managed the Acclerator Hub program for Positive Planet US, (US Non profit) a key program focused on empowering minority women entrepreneurs to start new businesses. She also founded the Women Leaders Roundtable (WLR), a women led diversity group while at Capgemini for executive women. She has curated many programs for women, young people and professionals to grow their career in the market place. One of Diana’s more recent project is a Return to work program for women within Capgemini financial services that recruits and trains women coming back into the workplace after taking parental leave.
Diana has also successfully launched many initiatives that helped improve gender diversity and employee engagement. She was the head of diversity for her team in Capgemini and is a mentor, champion, a speaker and a change maker.
Lauren has a complete life cycle talent acquisition experience along with a MS in Human Resources and a BA in English/Journalism. She has a diverse background in corporate, agency and entrepreneurial talent acquisition environments. She is also a credentialed Mediator skilled in various types of facilitation. Lauren is an Intuitive connector, out of the box thinker, strong listener and no nonsense communicator.
Anu Srivastava is tech leader at Google who specializes in advocating for solutions powered by AI. She focuses on applications of Natural Language, Translation and Speech in workflow automation. She began her career as a software engineer with a focus on reliability for developer tools & infrastructure. She now works cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales to make sure the highest quality developer experience is delivered for the Google Cloud developer community. She sits on the Google I/O Steering Committee and her work can be found on the Google Cloud Youtube channel, podcast and blog.
