I/O is Google's signature developer conference happening in Mountain View CA from May 18 -May 20. For those who cannot attend that event in person, there are a number of I/O Extended events being run worldwide by GDG communities and by Google offices. The I/O Keynote will be live-streamed at these events and you will also have an opportunity to listen to tech talks from local experts and network with your local community.

Google NYC is hosting an I/O Extended event in their office on May 18 that is invite-only. As their community partner, GDG New York has been given a limited number of invites to provide to our members

NOTE:
1. This application is for an invite to an I/O Extended event in NYC (and not to the Google I/O event in CA) 

2. The event will run for almost the whole day so please be sure you can commit to attending before you apply. Once you are selected, we cannot transfer the ticket. As a result, we want to make sure we prioritize those who are guaranteed to attend.

3. In our commitment to inclusion, we will be reserving some of these invites for members of under-represented groups.
