We will as a group give everyone the opportunity to present a problem he/she is currently stuck with and solve it as a group with a technique called Mastermind.

- collect and define the problem
- give everyone some time to silently solve the problem
- give everyone the time to present his/her solution to the problem

This will hopefully solve the problem but even more: We will find out how others would have solved the issue and learn from their approaches.
