​The Network State by Balaji Srinivasan is a powerful concept that aims to bring on-chain innovation on-land. It seems utopian, but it's already happening. And it's not in the Metaverse, it's in the real world. ​Several startups cities have sprung up that have real-world jurisdiction and land, e.g. Próspera, Culdesac, Itana, Ciudad Morazán. Vitalik Buterin's "Zuzalu" has created a new model to catalyze highly aligned online communities into shaping meatspace.

​​The pop-up city model has inspired 100s of new experiments, including Ipe City in Florianópolis Brazil or Aleph / Crecimiento in Argentina.

​​The time has come for a real movement to emerge.

​​This event will feature key thought leaders that explain this inspiring, but at times confusing new era.

• ​​Niklas Anzinger is the Founder of Infinita City, building a biotech acceleration district in the jurisdiction of Próspera. It's 1,134 real builders, 21 funded startups and $25M in actual capital deployed. It's Bryan Johnson receiving follistatin gene therapy (not yet FDA-approved) in a regulatory environment designed for innovation, not obstruction.
