What does it mean to be a tech leader today? How can you scale your company while staying true to your values? Is a culture of collaboration feasible in a competitive industry?

Join WTM Milano for a belated celebration of International Women’s Day, where we’ll explore these questions and more in an intimate evening featuring leaders from emerging companies in the sectors of software/AI.

For the first time in the Milano scene, we welcome Jessie de Groot (VP of People and Culture) and Marion Nehring (Community Manager & DX User Research Lead) from Weaviate, Amsterdam, as they share how they are building a value-driven culture.

We will close the evening with a round table where we will be joined by Ilaria Pigazzini, CEO of Arcan, a Milano-born start-up.

This event is open to curious minds, whatever the gender, interested on a fresh take on leadership. WTM follows an inclusive code of conduct that we will ask you to respect.

Early birds will get a free drink and refreshments will be provided for all. The event will be in English.
