Melbourne's 3 mobile meet-ups: CocoaHeads, Android GDG and Melbourne Mobile will be getting together for a combined Christmas party! There’ll be food, drinks, fun activities and give-aways! Talks: An Ode to the Hacker - Ayesha Ahmed (@tesseract_256) Activities: Once again we will be doing awful startup pitches! “Uber for clowns”, “Cloud services for toddlers”, “Twitter for dogs” - We will be putting together elevator pitches for some truly terrible startup ideas. Teams will be formed on the night and you will get to pick a ‘terrible startup idea’ out of a hat. Each team will have 10 minutes to put together an elevator pitch for their startup. Prizes will be awarded for ‘worst startup idea’ Prizes: Apple TV - Provided by CocoaHeads Google branded swag and Mini Android Figures - Provided by GDG 2 Reveal Licenses - Provided by IttyBittyApps WTM bags - We have 10 Women Techmakers bags which will be stuffed with Christmas goodies.
