Monika is currently working as a Senior Technical Writer at Canva and has over a decade of experience in freelance and full-time tech writing for more than 25 companies. Prior to Canva, she worked for Transport for NSW, and has also worked as a Senior Technical Writer in Nepal.

Monika holds a Masters in Information Technology and a Bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering degree

"Grad to Executive Manager: Learnings from my career" by Roshni Vellore 

Roshni is a highly accomplished professional with a robust background in both Information Systems and Business & IT, holding degrees from the University of Melbourne. She began her career at ANZ through the graduate program in 2005, progressing through various roles, including Business Analyst, Release Manager, Tech Account Manager, Project Manager, and Delivery Manager. Roshni has also made significant contributions to the energy sector with program management and leadership positions at Energy Australia and AGL.

Currently, she serves as the Executive Manager of Engineering - Advertising at REA, where she continues to innovate and lead. Roshni is deeply passionate about promoting women in technology, evidenced by her involvement with the Diverse Women's Mentoring Association (DWMA). Beyond her professional achievements, she is also a part-time Odissi dancer, showcasing her love for Indian classical dance.

Enter from Custom House Ln or Flinders Ln, and head up to Level 2 via the lifts. Message via Meetup or Slack if you are arriving after 6:00 as the lifts won't let you up.
