This session is to help plan out our activities for the next 12 months of GDG. If you are interested in volunteering with the Melbourne GDG, this is a great opportunity to get onboard!

Coming out of I/O we have a bunch of new people who are interested in helping out, as well as plenty of ideas for new things GDG could do: different formats for the meetups, code labs, surveys our members, connect with other groups, etc!

I want to go through all the possible things that we could be doing, prioritise them, and see who is interested in doing what. This should be a good opportunity to shuffle around responsibility between some of the more experienced volunteers, as well as divide up some tasks for those who have just joined us, or who are interested in helping out.
