CocoaHeads and GDG Melbourne will be joining forces to bring you our end of year Christmas party. There will be:

• Activities:
iOS vs Android!
People love to take sides, but when we put an Android and iOS dev back to back and put the hard questions to them, how much will they agree on? Which platform has the darkest dark mode? Who has the worst build system? Where are you most likely to get $1 million VC funding for an app that says “Yo”? This Christmas we resolve all the big issues!

Awful Startup Pitches
Once again we will be doing awful startup pitches! “Uber for clowns”, “Cloud services for toddlers”, “Twitter for dogs” - We will be putting together elevator pitches for some truly terrible startup ideas. Teams will be formed on the night and you will get to pick a ‘terrible startup idea’ out of a hat. Each team will have 10 minutes to put together an elevator pitch for their startup. Prizes will be awarded for ‘worst startup idea’

We have a great selection of swag to be won as door prizes!

In addition Itty Bitty Apps will be giving away ✨Free T-shirts ✨ to all our attendees. Make sure you are there early or you may miss out!

• Agenda on the Night
🕕 6:00 pm - Doors open
🕕6:00 - 6:30pm - Dinner, drinks and some special Christmas snacks will be catered.
🕡6:30pm - 7:45pm - Activities, games and door prizes to be won!
🕢7:45pm - 8:30pm - Networking and drinks.

We’ll finish up around 8:30 pm and head to after event drinks at Bourke Street Green @ 501 Bourke St.
