About Sander Elias

Hi, I'm Sander. I'm the father of 4 and happily married. I started developing at age seven because I wanted to play games on the computer at our house. At that time (the late 70s), there was no way to get games other than building them, by yourself, from code-sample. That is where it all started for me. Even then, I discovered I liked creating the games more than playing them. I never stopped building software. In the early 90s, the internet came to be, and I migrated all my development toward that. Fast forward to 2009, I discovered AngularJs, but it wasn't ready enough yet.. In Early 2011, I delivered my first business application using it and became active in the Angular community. I (co)organize meetings and conferences and am a regular speaker, mostly on Angular.

A few years later, I became a Google Developers Expert in web technology and Angular. Also, I'm involved in project FUGU and web capabilities. That is all about lowering the bar for emerging web tech. (web-USB, web-Bluetooth, file-system-access API, and so on).
