Just like the lotto draw, it's a hit or miss with our clients. But are there really difficult or bad clients? This talk will focus on understanding difficult clients and steps that we can take as project managers or as part of the project team to avoid them.
What is Scale for Mobile Engineers by Saurabh Arora	Having transitioned from a small/mid-sized organisation with less than 10 engineers working on a codebase to a large one with greater than 100 engineers working , I got to look at the differences in practises and problems at scale. Through this talk, we’ll look at what these are, the practises/tools used to address them, should smaller teams care about them and which of these solutions would be suitable for everyone to adopt.

PG Google Cloud content - Wait, it's about PostgreSQL not Parental Guidance by Weiyuan Liu	Google Cloud has three datastore products that run under the PostgreSQL umbrella 1) Cloud SQL - GA since 2018 2) Cloud Spanner (PostgreSQL interface) - GA in June 2022 3) AlloyDB - Preview status in May 2022 As a developer using Google Cloud in 2022, are these product offerings considered as empowering, or confusing to use. We will dive into these different databases and figure out how to best utilise them for our own use cases.
