About this event

Whether you’re cultivating a community of friends and professional colleagues, seeking more effective results at work and/or in your personal life, or are just simply overrun and overworked--pausing and intentionally shifting your behavior can lead to greater self-awareness, deeper relationships, and generally more satisfaction in your life.

Googler Rachael O'Meara will share her story of how she discovered the power of pause, how Google cultivates a mindful well-being culture, and how each of us can identify the various signs of when to pause. Rachael will help participants design a personal pause plan and integrate the powers of pause into each day. Rachael’s talk is based on her new book, Pause: Harnessing the Life-Changing Power of Giving Yourself a Break, which is available on Amazon & Audible. Please join us!
