I think the key to becoming a good leader is attitude. Knowing in depth the technologies you lead will allow you to put yourself in someone else's shoes more easily. I love software development, SOLID principles, software architecture and all the parts involved in developing in a scalable way and making the most of the technology. I have extensive experience in mobile software development, as well as a solid understanding of native mobile technologies.

A carreira de Karine está focada nas áreas de usabilidade e adaptabilidade de interfaces de usuário para ambientes web e móveis. Desde 2019, trabalha com o “Liquid Galaxy LAB”, organização de código aberto, onde desenvolveu diversos projetos e também participou nos projetos Google Code-In 2019 (GCI) e Google Summer of Code 2020 (GSOC). Como aluna do GSOC, participou por dois anos consecutivos. Em 2020 ela liderou o desenvolvimento de uma ferramenta de framework que executa uma vasta quantidade de técnicas para apresentar mídia digital a um sistema de resolução de tela grande. E em 2021, desenvolveu um aplicativo para ajudar no reflorestamento de áreas degradas por meio de drones de semeadura juntamente com o projeto open source Dronecoria. Hoje em dia é mentora da organização. Ela também combina sua paixão por ensinar sendo um membro ativo do Google Developer Group e embaixadora Women TechMakers de sua cidade, e também participa de eventos internacionais na América do Sul nos últimos anos.

Moisés Martínez is a Computer Engineer and PhD in Computer Science in the area of Artificial Intelligence and is currently the Data & AI Head at Paradigma Digital. He has been a researcher and/or teacher in AI at different universities such as Carlos III de Madrid University, Örebro University, the International University of La Rioja, King's College London, Pontificia de Comillas University and the Francisco de Vitoria University. He began his career as a Full-Stack Developer and ended up in AI by participating, developing and designing different Big Data and Industry 4.0 projects using technologies from different clouds, especially Google Cloud and Azure Cloud using components of the Apache ecosystem. In addition, he is a Speaker at different international and national conferences and meetups and one of the organizers of T3chFest, the largest free technology event in Spain.
